These Terms of Use govern your use of Cerila, a local-first app for cataloguing hair accessories and creating styling looks. By tapping Start and accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use Cerila.
1. The service
Cerila provides an on-device accessory cabinet, styling mirror, local look history and tools to preview, save and share generated looks. Cerila does not provide professional beauty, medical or legal advice. Styling results are for personal use and may vary by device, photo and selected options.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of photos, names and other content you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content. Do not use Cerila to create, store or share unlawful, abusive, infringing or deceptive content. The app keeps ordinary content on your device; sharing is initiated by you through iOS.
3. Purchases
Cerila offers optional consumable Sugar packs through Apple's App Store payment system. The product name and price shown at checkout are the terms for that transaction. Prices may vary by country, currency and applicable tax. Apple processes payment and its applicable terms govern billing, refunds and transaction support. Sugar credits are used for the in-app styling operation described on the purchase screen and are not cash, transferable property or a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
- Use Cerila only for lawful personal purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, abuse or attempt to bypass the app's purchase or storage systems.
- Do not misrepresent Cerila output as professional advice or as an image of a real product that does not exist.
- Respect the rights, privacy and consent of people shown in photos.
5. Availability and changes
Cerila is provided on an “as available” basis. We may fix bugs, change catalog content or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary. Because much of the app is local, deleting the app or using the in-app data deletion option may permanently remove local drafts, looks, profile data and local credit history. Keep any exported images you want to retain.
6. Intellectual property
The Cerila name, interface, illustrations, catalog content, code and branding belong to Cerila or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control. No other rights are granted.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cerila is not responsible for content you choose to share, third-party services, device or operating-system failures, or loss of local data caused by deletion, reset or damage to your device. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Apple terms and contact
These Terms are between you and Cerila, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Cerila's maintenance or support obligations. Your use must also comply with Apple's applicable media services terms. For help, contact xiangd5444@163.com.
9. Updates
We may update these Terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
