Need help with your accessory cabinet, styling mirror, saved looks or Sugar purchase? Follow the steps below. Cerila works primarily on your device and does not require a Cerila account.
Before contacting us
- Update Cerila and iOS to the latest available versions.
- Close and reopen Cerila, then retry the action.
- Make sure your device has free storage for photos and generated looks.
- For purchases, confirm that you are signed in to the correct Apple ID and that in-app purchases are allowed in Screen Time.
Photo or camera access
Cerila requests access only after you choose Camera, Library or Save. If access was denied, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera or Photos, choose Cerila, and allow the access you want. You can also use the built-in sample portrait without sharing a photo.
A look did not finish
Keep Cerila open while the look is being processed. If processing fails, return to the Mirror and try again with a smaller or clearer image. A completed look appears in the result screen and can be previewed, saved to Photos or shared through iOS.
Purchase problem
Prices are supplied by the App Store and may differ by country or currency. A pending, failed or cancelled purchase should show a matching status in Sugar Counter. Do not purchase again immediately if Apple shows the transaction as pending. For billing, refunds or an App Store receipt, contact Apple Support. For a confirmed purchase that did not add Sugar credits, email us with your App Store receipt and the approximate purchase time.
Delete local data
Use Vanity → Delete local data inside Cerila to remove local profile, cabinet, saved looks, drafts and local purchase-credit records from the device. Images already saved to Photos or shared to another app are managed separately by iOS and that destination.
